Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor with a strong background in plastic bag manufacturing to join our team immediately in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience overseeing production processes involving extrusion, cutting, and printing machinery. This role demands a dedicated leader capable of managing the entire production floor efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operation and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage extrusion, cutting, and printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate production teams during 10-hour shifts, six days a week.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards throughout the production process.
• Monitor production schedules and workflow, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in plastic bag manufacturing.
• Technical knowledge of extrusion, cutting, and printing machines.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work long shifts and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges promptly.

Work Conditions and Benefits
