Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer to join our expanding team in Riyadh. This role involves managing all estimation tasks associated with construction projects, especially those focusing on fit-out, interior works, and related civil and architectural assignments. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the Gulf construction market and demonstrate a keen eye for detail and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for fit-out, interior, and civil construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary project data.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to develop comprehensive budget projections.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, material costs, and labor expenses specific to the Gulf region.
• Support bid preparation and contract negotiations with clear and reliable cost information.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a closely related field.
• A minimum of seven years’ hands-on experience in estimation within the Gulf construction industry.
• Proven expertise in handling fit-out, interior fit-out, and architectural/civil project estimations.
• Strong analytical skills paired with attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
