Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have solid experience in their respective disciplines. Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and HAP is essential, with Revit expertise strictly required for draftsman roles. Familiarity with Saudi Arabian codes and standards, including ASTM, ANSI, MEP, NFPA, and ASHRAE, is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal abilities and teamwork skills are also necessary to succeed in this role.
