Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Instrumentation Engineer to join our dynamic project team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation systems, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation and testing of various field instruments, including those measuring pressure, temperature, flow, level, and analysis. Key duties include reviewing IFC drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and datasheets; supervising installation work on site; coordinating efforts between electrical, mechanical, and process teams; and conducting loop checks, calibrations, and FAT/SAT support during commissioning. Additionally, the engineer will prepare technical reports, method statements, and as-built documents, and work directly with clients to address and resolve any technical challenges.

Requirements

• Transferable IQAMA is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in industrial instrumentation projects
• Strong understanding of instrumentation systems, control panels, and PLC/DCS integration
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco, RC, and SEC standards is preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within tight project timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the oil & gas sector, power plants, or water treatment projects
• Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software is an advantage
