Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Filipino Technicians to join our expanding facilities management team in Jeddah. Open positions include MEP Technician, Electrician, and HVAC Technician. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in maintenance and repair within commercial or facilities management environments.

Key Responsibilities

Technicians will be responsible for performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues promptly, and responding to breakdown calls efficiently. Adherence to safety protocols and company standards is mandatory. Additionally, candidates will support site operations, maintain tools and equipment in good condition, and ensure work areas are kept safe and organized.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven practical experience in the relevant trade (MEP, Electrical, or HVAC)
• Competence in preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and basic MEP works
• Prior experience in facilities management or commercial building maintenance preferred
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude
• Driving license and transferable Iqama are advantageous
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia or ready for immediate mobilization
