Join a dynamic engineering team in Riyadh as a Mechanical QA/QC Engineer, playing a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards during mechanical installations for a major project. This position is ideal for professionals with strong attention to detail and a proven background in maintaining quality control across HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and piping systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mechanical QA/QC Engineer, you will oversee the quality control processes of mechanical works, ensuring all activities strictly adhere to project specifications and international standards such as ASME, ASTM, and NFPA. Your role will involve meticulous inspections of site installations and thorough documentation management, including preparation and review of Material Submittals, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and Material Inspection Requests (MIR).

Regular site visits are essential to monitor progress, verify compliance with approved drawings, and uphold quality requirements. You will also be responsible for identifying any non-conformances, proposing corrective actions, and following through on their resolution to guarantee a flawless project delivery. Additionally, witnessing and certifying pressure tests, leak tests, and equipment commissioning will be part of your duties.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Mechanical QA/QC within the engineering sector.
• Currently residing in Riyadh with solid knowledge of local site conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Certifications such as CSWIP 3.1, AWS-CWI (Welding), and ASNT Level II are highly desirable.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings with experience operating testing and inspection equipment.

This role is based in Riyadh and involves working in a professional engineering environment focused on delivering landmark projects. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and adherence to rigorous quality protocols are central to this position.

Interview Process

We emphasize in-person evaluations to assess technical expertise and practical skills. Candidates must be prepared for a face-to-face technical interview at our Riyadh office. Remote interviews are not available for this role.
