A reputable food manufacturing company in Bahrain is looking to hire an experienced HR Assistant cum Accountant. This role combines human resource management with accounting duties, ideal for professionals who have a solid background in both fields.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with Bahrain Labour Law. Additionally, handling day-to-day accounting responsibilities will be a critical part of the role, including bookkeeping and financial documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Bahrain
• Strong understanding of Bahrain Labour Law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks professionally in HR, administrative, and accounting areas
• A valid driving license is considered a plus
• Preference is given to male candidates
