Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience who also excels as a 3D Designer. This role involves interpreting client needs into preliminary designs while managing the entire design process. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in layout planning, color theory, lighting, materials, custom furniture, and installations. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Illustrator is essential. This position requires a combination of technical design skills and client-facing sales abilities within the architecture and design industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate customer requirements into initial design plans.
• Determine project costs and establish appropriate fees.
• Oversee and supervise project progress from conception to completion.
• Manage all aspects of design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Select suitable materials, lighting, and custom furniture to meet design specifications.
• Utilize advanced software tools to create detailed layouts and 3D models.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales engineering combined with 3D design expertise.
• Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other relevant design programs.
• Proven ability to manage design projects from start to finish.
• Excellent understanding of colors, lighting, materials, and custom furniture in design applications.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
