Summit Engineering Solutions Contracting Company (SESCCO), a well-established construction firm in Dammam, is seeking a skilled subcontractor team specializing in screed work to support our ongoing projects. This opportunity is based at The Avenue in Al Khobar, offering a substantial scope of work with a competitive payment structure.

Key Responsibilities

The subcontractor team will be responsible for the complete execution of screed activities, including but not limited to:

• Site cleaning and preparation
• Placement of polythene sheets (500 ?m thickness)
• Installation of biscuit screed followed by mesh placement
• Binding of biscuit and mesh using appropriate binding wires
• Transporting materials such as biscuits and mesh from the warehouse to the worksite (approx. 120 meters)
• Ensuring screed quality through vibration columns and use of helicopter equipment
• Proper curing process to guarantee durability and finish quality

Requirements

• Experience with screed application and related construction duties
• Ability to supply required materials including polythene sheets and shuttering
• Skilled in handling transportation and placement of materials efficiently on site
• Strong attention to quality and adherence to project specifications

Project Details and Compensation

The project covers approximately 26,000 square meters of screed work. The payment rate is set at 12 SAR per square meter, with the Final Acceptance Test (FAT) being conducted and managed by the subcontractor team.
