Job Overview

We are urgently looking to hire qualified Document Controllers on a rental basis for immediate deployment in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in plant industry projects, especially those familiar with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts. The positions are for a short-term contract lasting two months at Tasnee Jubail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control project documentation following established procedures.
• Prepare and submit quality dossiers efficiently and accurately.
• Track and coordinate document transmittals with project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, engineering, and project teams to ensure seamless document flow.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven background as a Document Controller specifically in plant or industrial projects.
• In-depth understanding of EPC contract documentation processes.
• Hands-on experience handling quality dossier preparation and submission.
• Familiarity with project document control systems and procedures.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
