Gaelan Medical Care One Day Surgery Hospital in Sharjah is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join their healthcare team. This full-time role focuses on managing key human resources functions within a dynamic hospital environment, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily HR activities, including maintaining accurate employee records and handling recruitment processes. The role also involves managing onboarding procedures, tracking attendance and leave, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. Collaborating with different hospital departments to address staffing needs is a crucial part of the position. Additionally, the officer must ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and organizational policies, while fostering positive employee relations and effective internal communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 to 3 years of practical HR experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate proficiently in both Arabic and English is preferred.
