Key Responsibilities

The Junior Accountant will assist with various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations. Responsibilities include:

• Processing daily accounting entries and maintaining bookkeeping records
• Preparing financial reports and performing reconciliations
• Supporting audit activities and month-end or year-end financial closings
• Organizing and maintaining precise financial documentation and data filing
• Collaborating closely with the finance team to support everyday accounting functions
• Upholding confidentiality and ensuring adherence to company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

• A strong foundation in accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience or internship in Internal Audit, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Junior Accounting roles, preferably with credentials such as CA, CS, or CMA
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude AI is considered an advantage
• Fluency in both Gujarati and English is essential for effective communication within the team
• A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail paired with analytical thinking capabilities
