Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing administrative duties and supporting telemarketing activities. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, assisting with telemarketing campaigns, and supporting the team in daily operational tasks.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administration, telemarketing, telesales, or customer service roles
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Capability to multitask and work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Experience in an accounting, taxation, audit, or consulting environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally is preferred
  • Knowledge of Tagalog and/or Arabic languages is considered an advantage
