A well-established engineering and construction company headquartered in Dammam, Eastern Province, is seeking a seasoned Estimation Manager to join their team. This opportunity is based in key project locations including Jeddah and Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience working within contracting companies and must currently be residing within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The Estimation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the estimation processes for various engineering and construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in bids. This role requires collaboration with project teams to develop cost-effective and timely project proposals while managing budgets and client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in estimation within contracting companies
• Strong understanding of construction and engineering project requirements
• Ability to lead estimation teams and coordinate with multiple departments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in relevant estimation software and tools
