Key Responsibilities

As a Transport Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing daily transportation demands and dispatch schedules. Your duties will include allocating vehicles, drivers, and equipment efficiently to optimize fleet use, tracking vehicle locations and delivery statuses through GPS, and ensuring adherence to Saudi transportation laws and TGA regulations. You will also coordinate vehicle maintenance, prepare detailed operational reports and KPIs, oversee fuel consumption and vehicle performance, resolve operational challenges quickly, and maintain precise documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in transportation coordination or fleet management within Saudi Arabia. In-depth knowledge of fleet scheduling, route planning, driver management, vehicle maintenance coordination, and GPS tracking systems is essential. Familiarity with TGA regulations, Saudi transportation compliance, and port approvals is required. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in English communication are also necessary.
