We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a strategic professional adept at driving business growth through effective sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in contracting, industrial services, manpower supply, or the oil and gas sector, with a comprehensive understanding of the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing growth strategies that align with company objectives. You will lead sales and marketing efforts to meet and exceed commercial targets, cultivate new client relationships, and pursue business opportunities that expand the company’s footprint. Core duties include managing tenders and contracts from start to finish, preparing and negotiating proposals, and conducting thorough market and competitor analysis. Additionally, you will oversee marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in business development, particularly in sales and marketing leadership roles.
• Deep familiarity with the Saudi market, tender processes, and commercial contracts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic planning skills coupled with excellent execution capabilities.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Possession of a valid driving license is required.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Dammam. Salary will be offered in accordance with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. The role demands a highly motivated individual who can adapt to a dynamic business environment and drive the company’s growth agenda successfully.
