Job Overview

We are seeking two experienced Digital & Customer Experience (DCE) Program Managers to join a top-tier bank in Abu Dhabi. This role involves steering digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer interactions and align with the bank’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and executing digital roadmaps tailored to the bank’s priorities. This includes driving programs such as customer journey redesign, digital channel improvements, and migration to digital platforms. They will coordinate closely with multiple stakeholders across the bank to ensure alignment and effective delivery.

Additional responsibilities include supporting the definition and management of the DCE digital roadmap and budget, organizing regular drumbeat meetings, and following up with relevant stakeholders to maintain momentum.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in program management, particularly within the banking sector
  • Strong background in designing and implementing digital strategies that reflect organizational priorities
  • Hands-on involvement in digital initiatives, including enhancing customer journeys and digital channels
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships across various bank entities and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology is highly preferred, with Agile certification considered a strong advantage
