Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Civil Supervisor to manage and oversee building and civil construction tasks on-site in Bahrain. The successful candidate will ensure all work aligns with project drawings, quality standards, and schedules, delivering projects efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to design plans and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and construction laborers to maintain seamless workflow.
• Monitor quality control measures, enforce safety protocols, and enhance productivity on site.
• Manage resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize project delivery.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports detailing work completed and site status.
• Ensure that all assigned works are completed on time in accordance with project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Indian nationality with a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in civil supervision roles within building construction projects.
• Strong understanding of site execution procedures and construction supervision.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory for this position.
