Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a valid driving licence to join our construction team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supervising civil works, ensuring project activities conform to approved plans and maintaining high standards of safety and quality on site.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves assisting in day-to-day site supervision of civil engineering activities, closely monitoring progress, and coordinating effectively with on-site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors. You will be responsible for ensuring all construction tasks follow the approved drawings and specifications, tracking material usage, and maintaining accurate daily site reports and basic measurements. Additionally, support in quantity take-offs and thorough site documentation will be required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and possess a valid driving licence, which is mandatory for this position. Candidates should have between 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience working on construction projects. A strong ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings is essential, along with proficient communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multiple teams and subcontractors.
