Job Overview

A leading IT outsourcing and recruitment company in the Middle East is urgently seeking a qualified ITIL 4 Foundation Instructor to deliver training sessions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must either reside in Saudi Arabia or hold a valid visa to be considered for this opportunity. Preference will be given to European nationals.

Course Details

The instructor will be responsible for conducting the ITIL 4 Foundation course, which is scheduled to begin on December 11, 2019. The training will be divided into three rounds, each lasting three full days, totaling nine days of instruction. Classes will be held in the morning as full-day sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive ITIL 4 Foundation training sessions according to the scheduled timeline.
• Ensure clear understanding of ITIL concepts and practices among participants.
• Provide engaging and interactive learning experiences to enhance knowledge retention.
• Manage classroom logistics and coordinate with the training team to maintain smooth course operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise and certification in ITIL 4 Foundation.
• Experience in delivering ITIL training or similar IT service management courses.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners in a classroom setting.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia or hold a valid Saudi visa.
• European nationals are preferred but not mandatory.

Location

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with training held at a designated venue as a full-day morning class.
