Super Mall Company is seeking reliable delivery riders to join their team in Riyadh. We have openings for riders using cars and motorcycles to deliver customer orders promptly and efficiently. This role offers competitive monthly salaries with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

As a delivery rider, you will be responsible for picking up orders from company branches and delivering them to customers throughout Riyadh. Most orders are prepaid, ensuring smooth transactions. After each delivery, you will return to the branch to continue fulfilling additional orders, maintaining timely and accurate service.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The position requires working 12 hours daily, including a one-hour break, across 27 days each month. For riders with cars, the base salary is SAR 4,500 per month, while motorcycle riders earn SAR 4,100 per month, both contingent on completing the minimum working days and hours.

Incentive programs boost earnings based on order volumes:

• Delivering over 500 orders increases your salary to SAR 5,000 plus SAR 10 for every additional order above this threshold.
• Surpassing 600 orders raises your base pay to SAR 6,600, with SAR 11 paid for each extra order delivered.

If the 27 working days are not completed, payment is calculated per order as follows: less than 400 orders earn SAR 8 per order, while 401 to 499 orders are compensated at SAR 9 each.

Requirements

• Valid Iqama (residency permit)
• Valid Saudi driving license applicable to your mode of transport
• Valid passport for identification
• The profession on your Iqama must not be classified as individual labor
