Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Building Management System (BMS) Operator to join the team at Qatar University. This temporary position offers a two-month contract with potential for extension. The role includes managing and monitoring building automation systems to ensure efficient performance and seamless facility operation.

Key Responsibilities

The BMS Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, or Johnson Controls systems. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting faults, and coordinating with maintenance teams to support overall building functionality.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a BMS Operator
• Proven background in facility management or building maintenance operations
• Familiarity with major BMS software and hardware platforms including Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, or Johnson Controls
• Ability to identify and resolve system issues efficiently
• Availability to work on-site in Qatar

Contract and Compensation

This role offers a competitive monthly salary of QAR 3,000 as a full package. The initial contract length is two months, with a possibility of renewal based on performance and organizational needs.
