We are seeking a warm and customer-oriented Laundry Receptionist to join our team in Bahrain. This role involves managing customer interactions, handling laundry orders, and processing transactions with accuracy using a Point of Sale (POS) system. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service, ensuring smooth operations at the reception area while supporting the laundry team.

Key Responsibilities

The Laundry Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing attentive service and coordinating order processing. Primary duties include welcoming customers, recording laundry requests and preferences, managing payments through various modes, and maintaining organized records of all interactions. You will also handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, keep the reception area neat, and communicate effectively with the laundry staff to guarantee timely service. Promoting additional services like shoe cleaning, dry cleaning, and express options will also be part of your role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a retail or laundry environment.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A friendly and professional demeanor focused on customer satisfaction.
• Basic computer skills to handle order management and invoicing efficiently.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
