Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our construction company based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment within the construction industry, with a deep understanding of the local labor market and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and hiring both skilled and unskilled construction manpower. This includes managing recruitment processes locally and internationally, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and coordinating Iqama transfers and rental manpower requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia, specifically in the construction sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, Iqama transfer processes, and manpower rental procedures.
• Proven ability to source candidates both locally and from overseas markets.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Immediate or short-notice availability.
• Experience recruiting for EPC, industrial, or oil and gas projects is highly advantageous.

Work Location and Joining

This position is located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, with preferred immediate or soon-to-be joining date.
