Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be responsible for overseeing operations, maintenance, and process optimization within their respective units. This involves ensuring quality control, managing teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth production workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant engineering degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Chemical fields
• Proven experience in managing industrial production lines or units related to tinplate manufacturing
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Good problem-solving skills and technical expertise in assigned disciplines
• Familiarity with industrial machinery, automation systems, and safety protocols
