Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead large-scale infrastructure and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring a robust technical background paired with extensive leadership experience in managing complex traffic management and tolling systems. This role demands strong coordination skills and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while managing multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning through to delivery and closure. This includes managing tolling and traffic management platforms, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring seamless integration of system components. Key duties include:

• Leading large infrastructure and ITS projects with a focus on quality and timeliness
• Supervising system integration, networking, and software application management
• Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and overseeing vendor performance
• Driving change management and risk mitigation strategies
• Maintaining thorough project documentation, escalation plans, and progress reports
• Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
• Proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective measures

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and have at least five years of experience managing significant infrastructure projects. Expertise in tolling systems and traffic solutions is essential, alongside strong knowledge of system integrations and application lifecycle management. Additional qualifications include:

• Hands-on experience with project coordination and vendor management
• Skillful handling of SLA adherence and change control processes
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and reporting capabilities

Preferred Certification

Possession of a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification will be considered an advantage.
