Job Overview

A leading bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced International Service Operations Manager to lead and coordinate IT service operations across its regional and international subsidiaries. This role involves close collaboration with international IT heads and headquarters to support and streamline banking technology infrastructure and service management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for working hand-in-hand with IT leaders across various regions to ensure aligned service delivery. This includes setting clear job expectations, planning and monitoring progress, coaching teams, counseling staff, and implementing effective policies. The role demands active coordination with international IT subsidiaries to achieve operational excellence and deliver technology solutions that meet the bank’s strategic objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in information technology and IT service management, preferably within the banking sector.
• Strong expertise in contracting, negotiation, organizational development, and change management.
• Thorough understanding of current technology trends and experience in strategic IT planning.
• In-depth knowledge of automated systems, including software, hardware, telecommunications, and IT architecture related to banking environments.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams and projects effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
