Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Administrative Coordinator to join our nursing services team in Qatar. This role is exclusively open to Tunisian female candidates. The position offers a competitive monthly salary package ranging from QAR 4,000 to 4,500. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative operations within our healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing incoming calls and client inquiries with professionalism and care. Daily coordination and staff scheduling form an integral part of the role, ensuring operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will handle email correspondence to maintain clear communication with both clients and staff members. Supporting sales efforts through client acquisition and follow-up activities is essential, along with maintaining accurate records and performing routine administrative duties. Flexibility to assist with additional operational needs as they arise is necessary to uphold an excellent customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English to communicate effectively across clients and team members.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills coupled with the ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and professional email communication.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and client relationship management.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to support tasks beyond standard administrative duties.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in customer service, administration, healthcare, or nursing services is highly desirable. Candidates familiar with the healthcare or nursing industry will be given preference due to the nature of this role.
