Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking a skilled SQL & SSRS Report Developer to join our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience creating end-to-end reporting solutions within the banking domain. This role requires proficiency in SQL query writing, data modeling, and report development, accompanied by a solid understanding of banking regulations and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards tailored to banking and regulatory reporting requirements. You will collaborate closely with business units such as Compliance, Finance, and Risk to collect and refine reporting needs. Additionally, your role includes optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures, ensuring data accuracy through validation and reconciliation, and working alongside data warehouse and ETL teams to verify data sources.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SSRS report development and SQL query optimization.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience working with multiple relational database management systems such as SQL Server and Oracle.
• Demonstrated knowledge of banking domain processes and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with clear communication abilities.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and ensuring compliance accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications or diplomas related to SQL and SSRS reporting will be an added advantage. Familiarity with Power BI dashboard creation is highly valued.
