Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Your role will involve collaborating effectively within culturally diverse and geographically dispersed teams, helping to shape banking solutions through clear communication and detailed documentation.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Deep knowledge of corporate banking with a focus on trade or digital banking products.
• Proven experience working in banking institutions or banking software domains.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information swiftly and build consensus among multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Familiarity with technology and software development life cycle processes.
• Experience using tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and SQL.
• Understanding of object-oriented architecture and Oracle database concepts.
• Detail-oriented with strong initiative and a drive to deliver quality outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications

The candidate must bring a minimum of eight years’ experience in a similar business analyst role within the banking sector. A professional certification in Business Analysis or Banking is highly preferred, validating your expertise and commitment to the profession.
