Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Foreman with at least two years of experience working in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of villa plumbing, drainage systems, and installation of various plumbing accessories. This role demands strong leadership abilities to supervise on-site teams and ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

As the plumbing foreman, you will lead the plumbing team on site, coordinating daily tasks and ensuring proper execution according to technical drawings. Responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting plumbing and drainage drawings accurately
• Supervising installation work for plumbing fixtures, piping, and drainage systems
• Organizing workflow to meet project deadlines and quality requirements
• Maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Collaborating closely with other trades and project managers

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must possess a proven track record as a plumber foreman with relevant experience in Saudi Arabia. Key qualifications include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in villa plumbing and drainage
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings confidently
• Strong knowledge of plumbing accessories installation
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Good communication skills in both English and Arabic
