Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the efficient and safe operation of kitchen equipment and related facility systems. This includes carrying out repairs and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC systems to support smooth restaurant operations with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on kitchen appliances, HVAC, refrigeration units, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults promptly in equipment such as ovens, fryers, and refrigerators.
• Respond swiftly to unexpected breakdowns, especially during peak hours, to avoid service interruptions.
• Ensure compliance with health, food safety, and occupational safety standards when conducting maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment status, manage spare parts inventory, and prepare detailed maintenance reports.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in maintenance within technical fields such as Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities with both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent repair needs.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to kitchen and facility maintenance.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from 200 to 260.
