Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Broasted Chicken Chef to join our busy kitchen team. This role involves creating and maintaining high-quality broasted chicken recipes while overseeing kitchen operations with precision and care. The position requires a male candidate capable of working shifts and dedicated to delivering consistent, delicious results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and standardize seasoning blends, marinades, and breading formulas suitable for large-scale broasted chicken production.
• Manage brining and marination processes, ensuring accurate timing and temperature to achieve optimal meat tenderness and flavor infusion.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for oil temperature, frying time, and pressure settings to produce perfectly crispy, golden broasted chicken every time.
• Operate and care for commercial pressure fryers, such as Henny Penny models, following strict safety and pressure release protocols.
• Organize coating, frying, and holding stations to maximize efficiency and ensure quick order fulfillment during peak hours.
• Monitor batch cooking schedules closely to enhance freshness, reduce food waste, and maintain oil quality.

Requirements and Benefits

This is a full-time position with 10-hour working days and one weekly day off. Accommodation and meals are provided, alongside private health insurance. Additionally, the role offers paid vacation and a paid two-way ticket every two years. Shift work is part of the schedule, so flexibility is essential.
