Job Overview

A leading construction company based in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Manager of Performance and Analytics with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. This role requires an immediate joiner with a transferable iqama to lead enterprise performance management and drive operational excellence across all project activities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing the enterprise performance framework by setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to corporate, operational, and productivity metrics. You will manage analytics concerning cell productivity, equipment utilization, crew efficiency, and overall cost trends to identify inefficiencies and support data-driven improvements.

Additional duties include managing Pulse & Wave performance reporting to ensure timely and accurate performance updates, creating actionable executive dashboards and reports for real-time operational insights, and governing data integration across multiple systems like TekWin, Oracle, Primavera P6, BIM, ERP, and telematics platforms. You will also lead productivity benchmarking efforts, coordinate cross-functional performance reviews with various departments, and promote continuous operational improvements through KPI refinement and automation.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in enterprise performance management within the construction industry.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in interpreting operational data to optimize workflows.
• Ability to develop and implement KPI frameworks and reporting standards.
• Familiarity with data integration across platforms such as ERP, project management, and telematics systems.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring data accuracy and reporting integrity.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in performance analytics or related roles.
• Immediate availability and transferable iqama.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise-level performance frameworks and reporting tools.

Work Environment

This role involves close coordination with construction management, project controls, planning, equipment, supply chain, finance, and digital teams to ensure operational predictability and disciplined execution within a dynamic construction project environment.
