Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced female Birthday Planner and Sales Executive to join our team based in the UAE and Bahrain. This role is ideal for candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in birthday party sales, family entertainment centers, children’s attractions, events, or hospitality industries. Filipino candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

As a Birthday Planner and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing sales activities related to birthday parties and family entertainment services. Your duties will include engaging with clients, understanding their event needs, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. You will work to achieve sales targets while coordinating smoothly with the operations team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong sales expertise with proven communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with a drive to meet and exceed targets
• Experience working in the GCC region is advantageous
• Ability to work flexibly including weekends and during operational hours

Work Schedule

This position requires availability for a six-day work week to support weekend event planning and sales activities effectively.
