Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Retail Relations Officer to join our team in Qatar. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with retail tenants while supporting various retail marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating the participation of retailers in promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

The Retail Relations Officer will be responsible for:

• Managing retailer engagement and fostering strong tenant relationships
• Supporting marketing communication efforts including newsletters and promotional campaigns
• Coordinating retailer involvement in events, campaigns, and other promotional activities
• Overseeing retailer presence and integration across multiple platforms such as social media, the company website, and CRM systems

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail relations or marketing
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory for effective communication
• Demonstrated ability in coordinating marketing campaigns and retail engagement
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills

Additional Information

This position requires an immediate joiner with a valid Qatar ID (QID). Candidates should be proactive and ready to contribute to enhancing retailer partnerships and marketing initiatives from day one.
