Available Positions and Key Responsibilities
Operations Executive: Candidates should have 3 to 4 years of UAE experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations. Responsibilities include logistics pricing, rate negotiation, and preparing accurate quotations. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is essential, alongside excellent coordination and communication skills.
Account Receivables Specialist: This role requires 3 to 4 years of experience in UAE accounts receivable. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory. The ideal candidate must be proficient in accounting software, have a solid understanding of VAT regulations, demonstrate attention to detail, and possess strong communication abilities.
Warehouse In-Charge: The position involves managing daily operations of a 2,500 sq. ft. warehouse facility in Dubai. Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of relevant UAE experience overseeing warehouse functions. Fluency in Malayalam and conversational English is required to ensure smooth team communication.
Warehouse Support Staff: This role supports warehouse activities such as loading and unloading goods and other general assistance. Candidates should be Malayalam speakers, with prior experience in warehouse or manual labor preferred.
Requirements
- Operations Executive: 3-4 years logistics experience in UAE, logistics pricing and negotiation skills, proficient in MS Office and logistics software.
- Account Receivables: 3-4 years accounts receivables experience in UAE, UAE driving license mandatory, accounting software knowledge, VAT understanding.
- Warehouse In-Charge: 1-2 years warehouse management experience in UAE, fluent in Malayalam and conversational English.
- Warehouse Support Staff: Malayalam speaking, relevant physical labor or warehouse experience preferred.
Compensation
- Operations Executive: Up to AED 5,000 per month
- Account Receivables Specialist: Up to AED 4,500 per month
- Warehouse In-Charge: AED 3,000 per month
- Warehouse Support Staff: Up to AED 2,000 per month
