Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer with expertise in centrifugal pumps to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will handle field services, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of centrifugal pump systems at various customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves performing routine and emergency repairs, inspections, and overhauls of centrifugal pumps and related equipment. You will diagnose mechanical issues, provide technical solutions, and execute preventive maintenance. Supporting customers through training and guidance on pump operation and upkeep will be a vital part of your duties. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal departments such as Sales and Technical Support to ensure smooth problem resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards is mandatory, along with keeping service tools calibrated and ready. Occasional assistance in workshop repairs and technical failure investigations is expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Between 4 to 8 years of practical experience specifically in servicing centrifugal pumps, ideally within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or water treatment industries.
• Working knowledge of API 610 standard centrifugal pumps is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in rotating equipment, including bearings, seals, and alignment practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including P&IDs and pump datasheets.
• Proficient spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Saudi Arabia for on-site service assignments.
• Candidates currently located in Saudi Arabia or India will be considered.
