Keeta 3PL, under Quickway Logistics, is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee courier and delivery operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing rider teams, ensuring efficient daily operations, and maintaining high service standards across the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day courier activities. Responsibilities include supervising delivery operations to meet performance goals, monitoring rider attendance and productivity, and handling scheduling along with shift planning. Collaboration is key, requiring coordination with dispatch and support teams to ensure seamless workflow. Additionally, preparing detailed operational reports and maintaining accurate records will be part of the role, as well as enforcing compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should bring relevant experience in logistics, courier services, or fleet operations. Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills are essential for managing team performance and resolving rider-related issues effectively. Candidates must demonstrate the aptitude to operate efficiently under pressure while juggling multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes is expected. Holding a valid Saudi driving license is preferred, and knowledge of the Arabic language will be an advantage.
