China Smart City W.L.L is seeking a dedicated and organized HR and Administrative Officer to join their team in Bahrain. This full-time role involves managing a variety of HR and administrative tasks essential for smooth office operations and supporting the company’s workforce effectively.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily HR and administrative duties, including:
- Managing recruitment processes and assisting with employee onboarding
- Maintaining accurate employee records and tracking attendance
- Preparing and organizing official company documents, letters, and reports
- Coordinating with government agencies, service providers, and various internal departments as required
- Providing support to general office operations and performing additional tasks assigned by management
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should have some prior experience or familiarity with HR, administration, or office management roles. Strong communication and coordination abilities are important to succeed in this position. Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Arabic or Chinese will be considered a valuable asset. Comfort with Microsoft Office applications and attention to detail are essential traits.
