Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and seasoned Administrative Staff member to support site operations based in Rabigh and Jeddah. This full-time role offers a salary of SAR 3,500 with a schedule of 10 hours per day, six days a week. The company provides food, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring a comfortable working environment. Annual leave is granted after one year of service, in accordance with company policy and Saudi Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the site teams. Duties include managing daily office administration such as filing, documentation, and correspondence. You will coordinate closely with site management, engineers, and subcontractors to handle administrative matters efficiently.
Handling employee documentation is an essential part of the role, including maintaining attendance records and facilitating basic HR coordination tasks. Additionally, you will assist with processes related to iqama, medical insurance, and food, accommodation, and transportation (FAT) arrangements for employees.
Preparing and maintaining reports, official letters, and communications will be part of your routine responsibilities. The role also involves coordinating with the head office, clients, vendors, and government portals to ensure smooth operation and compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations.
Supporting logistics and accommodation arrangements for site personnel on occasion is also required. Other administrative duties may be assigned by management as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of administrative experience within Saudi Arabia, preferably with exposure to construction or project site environments. A solid understanding of Saudi labor laws and administrative procedures is crucial.
Ability to work independently onsite, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills, is essential. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
