Job Overview
LSPMK Group is actively looking for a skilled HR Assistant with a solid background in the Construction and Fit-Out industry to join their team in the UAE. This role requires a minimum of three years’ experience working within HR in the UAE, preferably involving recruitment, payroll, and HR administration for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will take charge of recruitment and manpower hiring tailored to construction project needs. Responsibilities include handling all facets of HR administration such as preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and managing HR agreements. The role also covers employee onboarding, managing visa documentation, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Required Skills
- At least 3 years of UAE-based HR experience, ideally within the construction or fit-out sector.
- Strong recruitment background focused on construction manpower requirements.
- Proficient in payroll processing and HR administrative tasks.
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
- Experience preparing employment contracts and HR-related documentation.
- Effective communication skills in English and Hindi; Arabic language skills would be a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and HR systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar workforce needs.
- Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
