We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Manager to join a leading building materials supplier based in Dubai. This role focuses on overseeing inventory operations within the trading and retail sectors of building materials, including tiles, sanitary ware, and hardware products. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in inventory management and a strong grasp of ERP systems to ensure optimal inventory control and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of inventory control, ensuring efficient stock levels and minimizing discrepancies. The role involves coordinating inventory processes, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with procurement and sales teams to align stock availability with business demands. Additionally, the Inventory Manager will analyze data trends to optimize inventory turnover and prevent overstock or stockouts.
Required Skills and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience managing inventory, preferably within the building materials, tiles, sanitary ware, or hardware industries.
- Strong expertise in inventory control procedures and familiarity with ERP software platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills coupled with the ability to organize and lead inventory operations effectively.
