We are seeking a skilled Jewelry Sales Executive to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a permanent position for candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and either Arabic or Filipino, bringing a passion for customer service and a strong knowledge of fine jewelry.

Key Responsibilities

As a Jewelry Sales Executive, you will be the face of our showroom and the key driver of customer experience and sales achievements. Your duties will include greeting customers warmly, providing expert advice on jewelry selections, and assisting clients in finding pieces that match their style and requirements. You will be responsible for meeting and surpassing monthly sales targets, maintaining the showroom’s visual appeal, and ensuring a smooth billing process including POS transactions and sales documentation. Building lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and satisfaction is also an essential part of the role. Additionally, you will need to adhere strictly to company policies regarding security and loss prevention.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in jewelry sales or a retail sales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good understanding of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and pricing strategies
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as required
• Professional appearance with a customer-oriented mindset
