Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-focused Pricing Specialist to join our dynamic Sales team based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in handling daily pricing inquiries from the sales team, direct customers, and overseas partners while driving strategies to enhance quote conversion rates and increase gross profit margins (GP%). The successful candidate will also spearhead initiatives to identify and establish partnerships abroad, boosting our logistics service portfolio and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

The Pricing Specialist will efficiently manage daily pricing requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses to internal sales teams and external clients. Collaboration with cross-functional departments, including sales, operations, and logistics, is essential to gather comprehensive data for precise pricing. A continuous focus on analyzing pricing effectiveness will help improve the quote-to-sale conversion rate and maximize profitability across services.

Identifying potential overseas partners and negotiating advantageous pricing and terms will be integral to expanding the company’s international footprint. Maintaining strong partner relationships to uphold consistent service standards aligned with company objectives is also a core responsibility.

Additional duties include developing competitive pricing strategies grounded in market trends and customer insights, preparing detailed pricing proposals and contracts, and delivering pricing support during sales engagements. The role involves regular monitoring of market conditions, competitor pricing, and sales data to adjust pricing models proactively.

Continuous improvement in pricing processes by creating tools, reports, and dashboards for enhanced decision-making will be expected. Maintaining thorough records of all pricing activities and reporting key metrics to senior management will support ongoing performance evaluation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pricing, sales support, or similar roles, ideally within B2B or international business environments.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess pricing data, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with experience using pricing software tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with overseas partners and handling international market dynamics.
• In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies and best industry practices.
