Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Coordinator to oversee operations across multiple construction and renovation sites in Bahrain. This role involves managing manpower allocation, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality control while adhering to budget and timeline requirements. The position is specifically open for Indian nationals with a valid driving license and a strong command of Excel for reporting and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently assigning workers to various sites based on project needs and tracking their progress. You will supervise the quality and productivity of work performed on site, ensuring projects are completed within the agreed budgets and schedules. The role also includes preparing minor renovation budgets, coordinating logistics of materials and equipment, and overseeing manpower costs.

Additional duties include acting as the Material Coordinator, managing petty cash purchases for materials, and allocating drivers and operators as needed. You will be responsible for vehicle tracking, fuel consumption monitoring, scheduling maintenance, and maintaining detailed records of vehicle movement and transport costs. Collaboration with project and site teams to plan equipment and vehicle requirements is also essential, along with promoting a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and budgeting.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate manpower, material logistics, and vehicle management.
• Experience in overseeing minor renovation and upgrading tasks.
• Ability to manage onsite teams including skilled and unskilled labor, technicians, drivers, and operators.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 200 to 250 BHD monthly, depending on experience and qualifications.
