Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Outsourced Accountant to join our expanding team. This role involves managing accounting duties for multiple clients, ensuring the delivery of precise financial records and insightful reporting services.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger accounts across a range of client portfolios. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while performing bank reconciliations and balance sheet reviews. Additionally, supporting accounts payable and receivable functions and assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes will be essential. Compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations must be upheld. The role also includes liaising with clients to resolve accounting inquiries and providing meaningful financial insights. Assisting in the preparation of management reports and conducting financial analysis will further support client decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have a minimum of four years’ experience in accounting or a related role. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required. Candidates must demonstrate a strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are vital for success. Effective communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships with professionalism are also necessary.
