Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to customer sites to perform installation, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on equipment. As a technical expert, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex machinery issues efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The technician will be responsible for performing on-site maintenance and repairs, including scheduled preventative service and urgent troubleshooting. You will lead installation and commissioning activities by assembling, testing, and calibrating newly purchased machines at customer locations. Training customer operators and maintenance teams on safe and proper machine operation is another key task. Providing remote technical support through phone or email when off-site, along with completing thorough digital service reports after each visit, is also essential. Maintaining strong client relationships and representing the company professionally will be part of your daily duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical or electrical equipment maintenance and repair.
• Ability to diagnose and fix complex machinery problems under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for customer training and support.
• Exceptional organizational skills for reporting and record keeping.
• Willingness to travel frequently to different customer sites.
