Description

Job Overview

SISCO is seeking a dedicated QAQC Supervisor for its FRP Pultrusion Plant located in Sudair Industrial City. Serving as the sole quality assurance and control expert on-site, the supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance across all production stages. The position reports directly to the Plant Manager and COO and requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance within manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

The QAQC Supervisor will take ownership of the company’s QMS end-to-end, ensuring that procedures are actively followed rather than merely documented. Core duties include:

  • Enforcing QMS standards across all departments to maintain consistent quality control practices.
  • Inspecting raw materials upon arrival and finished FRP products to verify adherence to specifications, with the authority to place holds or reject non-conforming materials.
  • Monitoring production processes closely and halting operations when quality issues are detected to prevent defects.
  • Leading thorough root-cause analyses for any quality non-conformances, driving corrective and preventive actions to resolution.
  • Maintaining comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection logs and records necessary for audits and customer reviews.
  • Collaborating directly with Production teams to coordinate quality holds, rework efforts, and scheduling to ensure alignment.
  • Serving as the primary quality contact and decision-maker throughout the plant.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates should meet the following requirements to succeed in this role:

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
  • Between 3 to 5 years of hands-on QA/QC experience, preferably in composite manufacturing or similar sectors with exposure to QMS implementation and enforcement.
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices, including personal protective equipment, material handling, and workplace safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 certification standards and experience in compliance and audit processes.
  • Exposure to Aramco vendor registration processes is an advantage.
