Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Structural Civil Engineer to join our team at a project site in Jubail. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering and possess hands-on experience managing project sites and construction fields. This role involves preparing and reviewing structural drawings, overseeing site operations, and ensuring all activities align with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and update structural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Support structural design and detailing for reinforced cement concrete (RCC) and steel frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with site engineers, contractors, and external consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise site activities according to approved design drawings and project specifications.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety protocols, and project deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and promptly address technical challenges on-site.
• Prepare accurate as-built drawings along with comprehensive technical reports.
• Assist with project planning tasks and estimate material requirements accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for this position.
• In-depth understanding of structural drawings, detailing, and interpretation.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods and practical site practices.
• Ability to thoroughly read and comprehend design drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with Indian Standards (IS codes) and general engineering best practices.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• Background in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects.
• Hands-on exposure to both RCC and steel structural works.
• Ability to manage tasks independently at project locations with minimal supervision.
